Staff was extremely nice. Rooms are large and clean. The bed was too firm for my liking but that's just personal preference.

We were in town for the burial of my husband’s grandmother and needed a room last minute. Staff did everything they could to accommodate us so last minute. Beyond friendly, clean, smells fantastic!! Can’t recommend them enough.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a great hotel! The room was clean and well stocked! The pool was wonderful for my kids and the fitness room had quite a few machines in it! I want to give a shout out to Marisa at the front desk who checked us in. She was so kind and attentive and sweet! Even after checking us in I noticed that she treated each family checking in with kindness and love. She is a gem!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Clarksville Northeast by IHG from 30June-5July2026. Check in was a breeze and the staff (Shy & Jessica) was very professional, warm and inviting. The restaurant & bar was convenient and the food was tasty. But the breakfast was simply amazing! There were so many options and buffet styled. I will stay there again just for the breakfast. I just love the location also. Directly across the parking lot is a Cracker Barrel Restaurant, within walking distance. All types of shopping (Sam's Club, Mall, Walmart and various restaurants) are within a one mile radius. And the topper to it all is the hotel sits conveniently beside Interstate 24. In my humble opinion, it doesn't get any better than that. Thank you again Jessica and Shy. Hope to visit you all again soon. Don Greene
